First time in this type of atmosphere..ty for having me..i dont know much about how all this works and i have alot of questions.first of all ..i want to know how i can communicate with the ones that are working around me...i dont know if they are bots or real people..and also what do they actually see..because im sure that i see things much different..and i want to be able to talk to them and be able to show the issues that are right next to them that are creating the havoc in my device..can someone be able to explain to me how this works..so i can break the communication barrier...i will be dropping a few files attachments for the smaller issues to review that perhaps can explain what these unknown entities are and who is controling them...i see many issues in my device that shouldnt be..but hopefully someone can begin to shed some light on this...thank you...i have a HP 15 notebook..Im running Norton360 with lifelock windows 10 64 bit and i will attatch files..not sure if im doing this right ..but im sure i will learn..there have been issues in the past where i have seen duplicate entities that pose as security icons and such..i dont know what they are but i know what they turned out to be..and had to be remotely removed..im sure there are many working together in my device and constantly are creating havoc....i will wait for reply..ty
