Fix for missing Anitspam tool bar in Outlook 2007

I spent 2 hours with Norton support today with no solution.

Just found the fix: 

go to NIS settings / anti-spam / client integration / outlook 

In addition to turning it on, look to the far right and click on Register Add-in.
