Fix not complete - Quick Scan not complete

I've been having this problem for 3 days

Norton says that my Security is at risk so I click on FIX NOW

But It barely starts with the quick scan and it says "Not complete - FIX NOT COMPLETE" just seconds after i click on the fix now button

 

I swear, it's driving me crazy.

What can I do to fix it??

Hi pixelclouds,

 

 If you use ID Safe (Vault) for your logins, please Export that data before doing anything, just in case it is not loaded back in after the following tool is run.

 

 I would suggest you download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool .  Please run LiveUpdate (rebooting if requested) until such time as LiveUpdate responds "no updates found".

 

Please let us know if all wokrs OK.
