I've purchased a new Acer laptop running Windows 10 Home. Purchased and downloaded Norton Security and everything is fine except for Scan, which says I'm at risk and when I click Fix Now, I get a message that says Quick Scan is not complete.
I've tried disabling fast start-up, have checked my subscription (which is active) and tried custom scans. No luck.
Anything else I can do?
