Error message "Your Computer is at risk." (mega scary) "Fix Now" gives me 3 completed messages -- "Check for Updates, Download updates and Process updates." All 3 have green checks in front of them, but clicking "OK" kicks me to a Fix Now screen that lists a red x in front of "Protection Updates------Not Fixed." What's a Newbie to do?
