Fix This Shizz

I don't need a solution as I spent 2 hrs on the chat with support uninstalling and reinstalling the application and it still does the same thing I have done this on my own too and it works fine until I log off the computer the next day I log on and it's the same thing again, the live update will download and process the updates but then it says it won't complete the third step, please Norton fix this shizz. I'm pretty sure the deal is happening but it won't clear, it's all red and stuff with an x, like I don't like that it's annoying.
