Fix Tool Released for 3038,100 Error

We have released a fix tool for the error 3038,100 that some of you have experienced with Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus. The Knowledge Base articles listed below provide further information on resolving the error based on the version of NIS/NAV installed:
