End of April I was scammed $16000 & Westpac saved me not Norton. I’ve had so many problems with my nbn & Optus provider I finally changed my email to [Removed] But I also bought more protection which made no difference & would like to cancel. I’m disabled & I’ve had so much stress almost 5 months. Please ring me ASAP [Removed] Tezza Walsh
Sorry to hear you were scammed, and good news that your bank stepped in to help.
Without more details on how you were scammed, it is not possible to really comment on what Norton did, or did not do.
If you had clicked on a link in a scam email, or phoned a number in a fake support redirect in your browser, there is nothing Norton would have been able to do.
As for cancelling your Norton subscription, all you need to do is log into your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com and be sure you have turned off Automatic Renewal for your current subscription. Then remove your billing information from your Norton Account. Or you could contact Norton Support and ask them to do this for you www.norton.com/contactcs
