I consistently get 0 results from Privacy Monitor, even though I know that my personal information is available at hundred of sites on the web. I know this because I have a separate subscription to a service that only focuses on removing personal information from the web. My guess is that Privacy Monitor is using a version of my name that is not the version of my name commonly found on the web. (I'm known more by my nickname that my formal full name.) Does anyone know 1) The source of the subscriber's name that Privacy Monitor uses when it scans the web (e.g. Is it the name on my account?). 2) Whether it is possible to correct the name for Privacy Monitor Purposes? and 3) Of similar instances where Privacy Monitor results come back with nothing when the subscriber knows of many sites carrying their personal information?
