Hi, my first time here.
In the last few days I have realised that I cannot open the folder my computer. After various scans I discovered Win32/Heur on my external hard drive. I then checked all my registry files etc and found many corrupted and fixed them, and I don't know if all these events are connected, but I still cannot open my computer.
This means I cannot transfer files and folders off the computer, even if I wanted to re-install the OS. Unless I can remember the dos commands!
Any ideas?
