For the 3rd time this year I have received an email from Norton Security a 3rd party telling me that my subscription expired.

For the 3rd time this year I have received an email from Norton Security a 3rd party telling me that my subscription expired. This time on 5/3. My subscription is good until July 2016. The last time this happened LAST WEEK I spent almost 90 minutes in a chat with Norton support. They were no help at all. Now my Live Update and other features aren't working. Why does some 3rd party have the power to mess with my account? How the hell do I solve this? I want to speak to an American human being that I can understand that knows how to fix this! Is that too much to ask? Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?  Is there a phone number that I can call Norton directly?
