IT WASnorton account it took me 3 hours to find change the go to “???” page as the answers that are standard or AI generated do not realise disabled inexperienced with brain injury do not know where something is and I just end up in a loop back to same screen with unhelpful answer always asking for current password to change to new one I FINALLY SOLVED IT BUT was exhausted Thankyou for caring I do not trust robots Head injuries are serious ..I have had three
