Forgot user name

Hi, I need to change my password on the Norton Account but when I try to do so. I am confronted with a request to insert my user name which I have forgotten as I have not needed to use it for some time.

I then get  in a loop in trying to reset my password.

Can anyone help?

Sorted now. I didn't realise my ID was showing on the page I asked the question on. What a moron, hey? Old age doesn't come by itself.  :-(
