Forum IT Bug? "Mark as Solution" link vanished

Forum IT Bug ???  

ISSUE: The "Mark as Solution" links vanished from a thread when I (as Post owner) marked my Reply as Solution, Saved it, then Edited (some grammar) and Saved that. All the Mark As Solution links on all the Replies had vanished and the "Thread needs a solution" banner remained. Logging out of Forum, closing browser and then going back in did not clear the issue either.

SYSTEM: Probably not relevant, but using Firefox browser75.0 (64 bit) on Windows 10 64 bit laptop.

Just an FYI that Animish Kumar Malpan, the OP of that thread, originally marked my reply <here> as the Solution immediately after it was posted.  Shortly after that, I noticed a typo and made an edit to my post and that's when my post was unmarked as the Solution and the red "This forum thread needs a solution" reappeared at the top of the thread.

As the OP IanBJ noted, the problem seems to occur if the post marked as the Solution is subsequently edited before the 60 minute edit windows has expired.  I don't know if there are other scenarios that trigger this bug.

Thanks for reporting the forum platform issue with "Mark as Solution" disappearing from options. We are aware of this issue and our team already working on it.

An additional observation is that viewing the thread still shows the thread needs a solution, but the forum listing shows the thread as solved.
