I have received a workaround suggestion via the Forum, but would still like to put forward a request for a better solution when searching these Forums for posts which may already answer your question -
When performing a search for existing answers to a problem, a list of possible solutions is presented as a drop-down list. If your chosen browser has a multiple tabs facility, right-clicking on one of the items in the drop-down list enables you to select 'open in new tab', so that the original solutions found by your search remain in the first tab. This way, if the selected answer does not answer your question you can return to the original tab & right-click on a different solution, in the hope that - eventually - you will find the answer you want. This does not work if you don't have the multiple tabs facility, or if you left-click on an answer from the drop-down list. In that case, your original search results are 'lost' & you have to perform the same search again, from the beginning.
It would seem a better solution if the results were returned in a new window, so that you can select each possible answer one-at-a-time using the 'back' button of your browser to return to the original results until, hopefully, an answer is found.
