Hello can someone please help me
Last night I got an message that an error has occurred with Norton internet security, Error 8504,104. The Symantec Service Framework stopped working. I restart the computer, and the same problem occurred. This morning every thing appeared to working fine after I did some scans.
What causes this problem and how do I fix it when it happens again?
I am currently using the trail version of internet security which was pre installed in my new laptop. I want to install Norton 360 Version 4, must I delete the trail version first and how can I do it, or can I just install Norton 360?
Will it be fine to install Norton 360 version 4 (box installation) on my computer (windows 7, 64-bit) I know version 5 is already out but I can't find it in store and don't want to download it from the web.
