I am having a problem installing safety minder as well.
Getting Norton online framework installation error
Says "this version of Safety Minder requires Norton Online Framework be installed first."
Was working at one time but no longer is working.
Running Windows 7 with trial version of Norton Antivirus that came with computer. Still in trial period.
Your help would be appreciated.
