I was renewing my Norton for the year and after entering the product key I was shown a screen saying there was an error.From the screen it directed me to call Norton @ xxx-xxx-xxxx. The company owning this number was Infinite Technical Solutions wanting 350.00 for 1.5 year subscriptions , they're based in Canada but work in the Bronox N.Y. Is this company a part of Norton ? Is this a scam ? I successfully downloaded the renewal the following day. This thread is aimed to a Norton employee to provide a response.
