hi there.i installed an update as instructed this afternoon from norton.upon restart i am told my product key is fraudulant.it has worked fine for about 11 months up until this update.Norton support are USELESS!! the analyst wants proof of purchase but as it was bought over 11 months ago and has worked fine since then i do not have the proof of purchase.i do not remember which site i bought it from as i shopped around.also this laptop is not the one used as this is only a few months old so no previous web history.they keep asking for proof of purchase but as i kept saying over and over and over i do not keep every reciept for every item i ever buy.does any one?? the only info i have is the product key.
