Hi,
I use Norton 360, & I have received an email earlier from Norton offering a free upgrade.
I clicked on it, signed in, & it is offering a free upgrade to Norton Platinum for the remainder of my subscription. The thing is, I can't actually find any info about a Norton Platinum service?
Is this a scam? And should I change my password, it all looked very official on the sign in, & knows how many days I have left on my subscription.
Thanks.
Thanks for the post back.

Sorry Soul Asylum,
I think it is legitimate, I have just checked again, & it DOES appear on the list!
Apologies!
Thank you Soul Asylum,
I have sent an email with the message attached, & received this automated response,
"Other than this initial acknowledgement, please note this email address does not send additional updates, but, for additional detail on NortonLifeLock-related emails, please see the following article"
Hopefully your escalation will get an update,
Thanks again.
I will ask for your issue to be escalated. In the meantime please send a copy of your message as an attachment to the following:

Hi Soul Asylum,
I have already changed my password.
The email address shows as norton@secure.norton.com which does not appear on that list. The website it took me to looked very genuine, & had my account details?
Is there a way to take this up/report it to Norton?
Thanks
Hello I Mason. Check the e-mail address on the message you received. If it isn't on the list in this article it is a scam. I would immediately change your account password for your Norton account and establish two factor authentication as well
