if u used that program before and u trust it u can try to run it trusted by user
on launch .exe of program rightclick /Norton/file insight /it will give u a comunity trust there u can click on trust now underlined
if it doesent work this time u can try and uninstall an reinstall and run it trusted as on up my responce
if u don't trust it just wait for others to advice

Where did you get the program from? Was it from the developer or from a download or torrent site?

Seems like Norton have fixed it now, working as it should
