Frustration on continued pushing of new products by Norton

I am writing to add my voice asking Norton to stop trying to sell new products when I am just trying to use the ones I’ve purchased. You tell me my drivers out are of date and to press a button to update them. I select the button and THEN I learn that will cost me more money. That is frustrating and misleading. Every time I turn around you’re telling me something NEW needs to be fixed but (after I select a button) I have to purchase yet another subscription. I would think what I pay already should handle all of this. Please don’t be so pushy and misleading to your current customers. It is not appreciated. Separate your sales pitch from existing products please.
