Frustration with Customer Service. Though I'm impressed with quick response to my complaint

I remember going to a lecture by Steve Jobs in which he had a computer on a stand playing music, can you believe !. Accompanying the computer music was a violin soloist. I can tell you it was at that time incredible. Nobody had seen anything like it. Now considering you were interacting with a human who was trying to emulate a computer surely that was quite a performance !

I considered that the Analyst whose name I did not include here was an AI. I did. But how do we explain that my conversation with the man on the phone was so similar in tone? 

 

I mostly found it frustrating that I can't write to the corporate offices without playing detective to find an address. I think they should be more than happy to provide one.

I have to say that last night I was really annoyed. Today, Iā€™m absolutely impressed. I want to thank Matt for his response, which was cogent and reasonable and really went a long way toward making me feel good about continuing to use Norton products.
