Full or Quick scan turns off SQL 2012 ......

After a full or quick scan of Norton Security (22.5.0.1254) on my Win 7 (Pro / 64) system - it turns off my SQL 2012 and am unable to go in to the associated asoftware (ACT! Pro v. 17).

I've attempted to add in "trusted" section the associated files that ACT suggests and am having no luck.  I am aware of "services.msc" to be able to go in and re-start SQL, but this is a pain and should have to be done.  Any suggestions?
