When i try to full scan with most recent Norton, it looks like it only did c drive. Around 740,000 files. But in my older Norton version, i would see it scan through all my drives and end up with 5,000,000 files.
My mistake. It did scan all 3 drives. But kudo to Norton. The speed of Scan was blazing fast… i thought it only scan C drive… but it went through all drives.
if you have more than 1 drive than should see a setting for each one to be scanned
Its not USB drive. I have 3 NVME drive. THey should be scanned. I also disable scan of USB.
Have not done full scan since last release. Have a permanently connected USB drive for back-ups, & more importantly, file history. with that still connected, it would, as you say, also scan that drive. With file history running once every 3 days (Microsoft settings set to daily), the data files saved on USB are more than those on C drive, files that are changed every day will be a single file on C drive but 10 files on USB drive. drive C would return just over a million files. When time allowed will then do a USB drive scan only.
