Full Scan 'freezes' at the same file on two Macs

Running a full scan on the latest version of Norton downloaded and installed 25 April on a Mac Mini and a Macbook Pro both running MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1.  Norton detected and treated 3 trojans and did complete successfully.  Ran a full scan for the second time but this time both stopped on the same file...

/volumes/com.apple. TimeMachine,localsnapshots...ata/.DocumentRevisions-V100/fpfs_import_cookie

Spotlight doesn't find any file with this name.

Both have 16MB of Memory. The Macbook Pro has Apple M2 Pro chip; The Mac Mini has Apple M2 chip

It would have been better if you can specify your full system specs including Apple or Intel chip, memory etc
