Full scan gets paused, but silent mode is off

The last couple times I have run a Full System Scan, I come back to find that it is paused.  It says it is paused due to Silent Mode being on.  But I check and Silent Mode is off.  I haven't changed any settings.

 

Does anyone else experience this?

 

I have Norton 360 Premier; Windows 7.
