I currently have NIS 22.5.2.15 on Windows XP, SP3, although this problem was occurring for several weeks before the 22.5.2.15 update.
My question up front: how do I determine the last file that a full scan was examining before it fails?
The details: After starting a full scan, it runs for multiple hours and then my system reboots. I’m never in my office at the time the reboot happens so I don’t know exactly what’s going on. I’ve selected the option for the scan to keep the system running after the scan. After the reboot, there is no “Full Scan” report in the scan history. I only see recent Quick Scan results.
I did a full CHKDSK on all of my hard drives, including a check for bad sectors. I’ve run Norton Power Eraser and I’ve run Malwarebytes. Neither detected an issue on my system.
Thanks for any help.
