FYI post:
Installed IE 8 and it kills analog clock gadget.
It also seems slower in opening most web pages. It also adds several items that show up as additional CPU usage in my CPU meter. To me it also does not look as good as IE 7.
Therefore for now, I used the uninstall option under support--It worked and add my analog clock gadget back. It's working OK now. Saw another post that mentioned problems with the sidebar.
I can't believe MS released this piece of Crap. I am not a Microsoft basher like many, but I am VERY dissapointed.
After a year they could --should have done better!
P.S. Vista 32 bit ultimate. Normaly no problems and everything runs great--so I was surprized with the IE performance.
