I am trying to play a Microsoft game on my new laptop that comes from the Microsoft store. I use Norton as an antivirus software and it tells me that network access is denied. How can I get to it to fix it? I have tried to look at all the settings and am unable to figure it out. Please explain it to me like I am a third grader. Thanks!
