Gaming file marked as trojan.gen and quarantined, even after restore? HELP

Hi guys,

 

Kids play 'Growtopia'. I have recently renewed subscripition to Norton AntiVirus and now it is constantly quarantining the game file.  How do I stop this so they can play?
