Gateway IP address is ::0

In the security history in the activity list, it lists connected to a protected network (::0)
The gateway IP address is ::0.
In the past there was also one as :0
The detials sometimes shows trust and restrict, other times no actions available.
This also has appeared before I even had a connection online ( as well as other connections) as I connect manually.
Can anyone tell me about this?
