Gave the rep control over my PC

The other day I was having issues with Norton and contacted live support. After explaining the issue the person asked for control over my PC. I said sure because the person had to go into the reg to clean up things before I could reinstall Norton. Not more then 10 minutes after I logged off with the person my PC started acting weird. Programs I had on my desktop disapeard along with games I had on it. Now this is no joke and is what happened. I should have contacted Symantec to speak to a supervisor or whom ever but I got sick and couldn't do it. So tonight I turn on my PC on and my programs came up with errors  and in the task bar it had about 20 of the same icons for a program I run.

Now I know how to operate a PC and even went to school to repair them. I could have went into the reg my self but the rep said I wouldn't know which ones to remove to I said fine. I have no proff but I know deep down in my heart that the person helping me did something to my PC. What ever he did feels like he planted something in my registry. So since I'm feeling better I'm going to run highjackthis and see what I find. I then am calling Symantec to file a complaint. This is why I don't like people from India touching my stuff or speaking with them. I live in the U.S. and should be talking to an American rep not someone thousands of miles away who messed up my PC. And this PC is just for gaming and that's it. No internet searching at all. And the PC was running fine as it's a new build 3 weeks old and everything was good up until I gave the rep control over my PC. So take this as a warning and never let them inside your PC. You can't trust these people at all. And another thing that made me think while the rep was in my PC. It was taking him forever to do things when he should be in and out. But their were delays in responding to me and was in my registry far to long like he/she was doing something.

Now I have friends who are Network Admins and know the ins and outs of computers/servers. Even they said it shouldn't have taken so long to remove certain things in the reg. Even if he was reading off of something he spent far to long. And this person made it sound like he/she knew all the answers to resolve this issue. So I'm going to go through my regbit by bit and know I'll find something. Pc is acting to weird like some program is controlling it. And like I said it's just for games and that's it.

Know if someone in charge sees this please email me with contact info on who I can talk to. Someone needs to lose their job as this is serious crap here and I'm not imaging things because it's real.
