After every reboot, when i tried to log into the Vault i got the error "System restart required"
Sometimes Norton Autofix would work and fix the 8504,104 error, sometimes not.
This issue started after installing the Nvidia GeForce Experience app and went away after uninstalling it. I guess i will just have to search and update my graphics drivers manually.
