Issue abstract:Not sure what this means
Detailed description: I have downloaded what was supposed to be Genie Scam, but it seems to be giving me the same download as Norton Device file (1906kb). Nothing is happening. It is supposed to self execute but it’s not happening. Dashboard states 0/2 Protections Activated.

What is the error message you are seeing?No error message at all but instead of activating, it keeps telling me to reopen the browser. Then it asks me to sign in again, even though I’m already (still) signed in on the prior browser.

Also, I tried to log in, as I have 2 or 3 times already, but I had to get a one time passcode bc I tried to enter my email address and I can’t click anywhere to enter, it says I need to enter the information but I can’t bc it’s not letting me!
