Genie scam protection

I can’t activate Genie scam protection and on eight computers it is activated on only one.
In the “Genie scam protection” window I activate the “set up protection” link and after logging into Norton there is no possibility to proceed with the activation of Genie.
Is there a solution?

Your question is interesting and your situation surprising !

Unfortunately Norton Genie Scam Protection is currently only available with Norton Antivirus and Norton 360 products in certain English-speaking countries.

Your product also mentions no active protection among the 0 available in Italy !

Either it is a configuration error during development or testing by a Norton team and this section should not have appeared on your product. And in this case, I assume it will disappear in the next few hours.

Or this means that Genie Scam Protection will be available in languages ​​other than English in the very near future !

In any case, I think the best solution is to arm yourself with a little bit of patience.
We will have an answer shortly !..

I have a desktop and a laptop. Installs on Desktop but not Laptop. I am Australian, english speaking just like USA. Just another Norton install bug ? Fixed with Ultimate Utilities perhaps? $50 AU for the download please?
