I need help with getting my cursor to stop jumping around in Word 2007, having emails delivered to the correct address, and getting my business name out of bogus links.
I talked to a Godaddy technician yesterday about my emails not being delivered. Since the middle of June many of my customers have not received emails from me. Because customers were saying they had not heard from me when I had sent them messages the day I set up a new email box and sent a message to the four customers that I had emailed that day. They all said they had not received any email.
Also the cursor was jumping around at random in the email box with the delivery problems. While I was talking to the GoDaddy tech about this problem it quit happening. The cursor jumped around in Chrome and Firefox, but while I talked to the tech I tried IE. The cursor stopped jumping so I tried typing in my email box using Firefox again and the cursor stayed where it was supposed to be.
Now the jumping cursor problem is happening on my desktop in Word 2007. I am typing this on my desktop first so I can organize what I want to say but I am having a very frustrating because the cursor mof thingsess making and around jumping (as an example) I have to keep moving it back in place to type anything that makes sense. This problem started yesterday after I talked to the GoDaddy tech. I have done a full system scan and Norton Power Eraser. Both say all is well but my cursor is still jumping around. I changed the batteries in my mouse, and cleaned all around it but still the same jumping problem.
There are a bunch of bogus links like the example below that I did not create or approve. Is here a way for me to get rid of them? My business web address is https://www.online-acls-certification-llc.com which is included in the following that I copied from results of an internet search I did this morning.

I think these problems are being caused by a competitor who is mad at me for starting a business that competes with her. I think that she somehow captures competitor’s emails (not just mine) and has them rerouted to her email box. She has been doing this for several years. She is probably responsible for the bogus links as well. She does things to discredit her competition so she can get all of the business.
