Google Play will not let me download screen care because it is not supported on newer Android version
Update: Norton device care only covers "up to" $100 and has a $25 deductible. My devices would cost a small fortune to replace a screen so I am wondering if Norton is flagging the app and device eligibility for those reasons. Apparently its not the version of Android that is the issue but rather the cost of the device for replacements.

I concur per my screenshot. I have Android 13 on two different devices which are fairly new, two years old or less. The minimum is Android 5 which is very very old. BOTH my devices are linked to my Google account, currently active, I wouldn't be seeing the play store if they were not. I'm calling attention to the issue to a Norton admin, lets see what Norton can tell us that we may or may not be missing or understanding.
