Getting 'An update error occured'

I am getting 'An update error occured' after installing Norton Security  and clicking 'LiveUpdate'. This is on a new MacBook Pro and same issue on MacBook Air. 

Can someone help?

got it...just keep trying until it works...about 15 times for me!
