Getting "Backup Failed (A8989) error for several days"

Hi folks,


I'm getting the error A8989 for the past several days (and several backup attempts). This error isn't documented, but I've learned from other posts here that it's supposed to be a server-side error.

 

Any idea what I can do to fix this? Backups have been working fine for many months before this.
