I am running MS Vista Home Edition and did install Ghost 14.0
Previously, up until yesterday, I have been able to successfully run and complete backups using Ghost 14.0 Yesterday, when I attempted to run a backup, I received the following message and then the backup operation stopped and would go no further:
"No recognizable NTFS file system found".
Essentially, this bug is preventing me from accessing the destination drive (drive F, in my configuration). The destination drive is where my recovery points are stored.
I called Symantec tech support and they suggested that I reformat my destination drive using an NTFS format, which I did do. When I attempted another backup operation, it failed again giving the exact same error message as before.
Does anybody have a fix for this problem?
Thanks!
