Getting "Error" on a particular app when Norton is scanning it in the Google Play Store

Issue abstract: Error when scanning particular app in Google Play Store on Android phone

Detailed description:
When I bring up “Spot the Station” (NASA app) in the Google Play Store, it starts the scan graphic on the bottom but then just changes to “Error” with a black background. See attached screen shot.

Other apps in the Play Store seem to scan fine (getting green Safe indicator).

I’ve seen this in the past when a new app comes out, and at some point it starts scanning correctly, but this app has been out for quite some time and the issue persists.

Phone restarted - no diff - Google Play Store and Norton up to date.

OS details: Android 15 - One UI version 7.0 - Samsung S24

What is the error message you are seeing?
Simply says “Error” when scanning Spot the Station app - see attached.
