Getting Norton 360 Back Onto My Phone

For some God-forsaken reason all of a sudden Norton 360 was no longer active on all my devices. I received a message that my subscription had expired – it doesn’t expire until 2025. I got Norton 360 reactivated on my laptops and on my tablet. When I tried getting it active on my phone, I received a message that I already have five devices on my account. When I checked my account, it shows that I have three devices. I tried rebooting my laptop, but the my Norton account still shows just three devices, but when I try to get Norton 360 back on my phone, it shows that I’m at the max – five devices. HELP!

Hello. Thank you for responding. I found my product key. I solved the problem by re-activating Norton 360 on each device. The website finally reflected that I had just four devices on the account.
