Hi
1. I am using an ACER laptop with Windows XP. I think I am infected with http://partner37.mydomainadvisor.com/search.php. I was randomly getting re-directed to this site. However, my Norton Anti-virus 2012 did not detect anything. I tried downloading Malwarebytes.org anti-malware as recommended by Norton Safe Web Search, but it wouldn't download. Then I downloaded anti-malware through Chameleon from the same site, but again no detection while I continued to be randomly redirected. Thereafter, I used Norton Power Eraser Tool which said that Chameleon was bad and it was deleted from my system. While, I am not being redirected anymore, I wanted to be doubly sure that I am free of this malware. Therefore I created a Norton Bootable Recovery Tool on a USB key. But my system does not boot from it even when I have changed the boot options to USB key. What do I do?
2. How can I make sure that I am no longer infected?
3. While I wait for resolution of this issue, is it safe to do net banking transactions from my system?
Thanking you ahead of time for your help
