It’s been almost a month… Have you heard from Norton again? I’ve contacted them many times, but never received a response…
There was an update yesterday ( 25.10.10528 )
Hopefully that contains a fix for this problem.
Well, it seems that the update did not fix it ! Still getting popups !!!
Hi SA, do you have a contact at Norton you could ask about this ?
It’s about 6 weeks since it was reported and we have no feedback at all from Norton.
TIA.
@Davec33 I will do my best to escalate this thread for everyone. The thread here will also be linked to the latest version 25.9.xxx tracking thread we created. Norton DOES monitor those tracking threads as it shows linked in their release announcements.

I found a solution … I’m uninstalling Norton Antivirus.
After almost two months now, it seems Norton doesn’t care about its customers. Apparently, they simply don’t care that there are problems with their software, or - even worse - Norton is incapable of solving even such a simple issue. In either case: You are right - it’s probably time to switch to a different product. It’s a shame, after using Norton AntiVirus for over 20 years… it was a very good product…
Not a word of feedback from anyone at Norton as of today. Unfortunately, these alerts are marketing based and baked into the products. Time and again, these are reported and ignored, its even worse now than it was only as far back as late year 2023. Unless Norton makes a turnaround and corrects this more than likely more customers will find other solutions. Not good for Norton.

This isn’t a serious company anymore. I’ve used Norton for as long as I can remember. I’ll keep trying, but I definitely won’t be paying for another subscription.
It looks like this issue was fixed ? I have not seen the popup in a few days.
I still get the pop up…
