For the following emails:

1- Gmail:
Open the fraudulent email
Click on the 3 dots (⋮)
Report phishing

2 - Outlook / Hotmail
Select the email
Report → Phishing

You cannot stop spam from being sent. All you can do is deal with it when it gets to your inbox. Check your spam filters for your email provider and set them up to higher detection levels.
