I have no idea who is sending them and I don’t want to spend time to figure it out. I just don’t need to be notified when Norton blocks them.
If you don’t know how to turn the notifications off then we can stop this conversation.
look at email header?
for example:
See details…may help you
did you try marketbeat.com & analystratings.net exclusions?..if you disagree with Norton
did you try Unsubscribe?
for example:
maybe, you signed up for newsletters?
I absolutely agree with this post. I am CONSTANTLY bombarded by messages that Norton has secured me from some threat. That’s exactly what I pay Norton to do. I do NOT pay them to interrupt my work to congratulate themselves every time they do their job. Just secure me from the threat and don’t bother me.
Every bloody time I download my email I get dozens of these freaking crap notifications which essentially takes over my Windows 11 PC until all of my email is downloaded.
HOW DO I STOP THIS NOTIFICATION HARASSMENT!!!
I solved this by clicking on “see details” at which point there were two tabs one called “activity” (or something like that). Clicked on that tab and it show the full path the file it was complaining about. The file was related to iCloud so I uninstalled that. Rebooted. No more “threat secured” spam.
