As a new user to GHOST I installed it and selected back up entire system (or whatever the words were). Now I read about incremental backups but when I try to create a new backup the incremental is greyed out. I've already got the entire system backed up so I do not need to continue backing up the whole thing... how do I change GHOST to back up just the newly added data (incremental)?

Thanks

To be clear, when you follow the steps here: http://service1.symantec.com/support/powerquest.nsf/docid/2008011102500362
in Step 8, the Recovery Point Type, the option to create an Incremental image (Recovery Point Set) is greyed out. Is this correct?

The default setting for backup jobs in the configuration wizard is the Recovery Point Set, which creates incremental images of your system. For the job you currently have, did you take steps to make sure it was an Independent Recovery Point? This would ensure that it would NOT have any incremental images created. What are the settings for your current job? It may be that this job is setup as a Recovery Point Set, but with no schedule to create incremental images. You may want to edit your current backup job and adjust the settings to make it a Recovery Point Set job. Please let me know how this works for you. Thanks!
