Ghost 10 Live Update Error - NIS 2009 Fails Live Update

I'm running Windows XP Home SP3.  I recently upgraded to NIS2009.  Prior to the upgrade I used the Symantec Removal Tool.  This removed the old version of NAV along with the previously installed Ghost 10.  Following the install of NIS2009, I reinstalled Ghost 10.  I notice that the NIS2009 will not update when you click on "Run Live Update" in the NIS control panel.  It will, however, run updates automatically in the background.  The Ghost 10 generates a message indicating that I am running a beta or pre-released version of a 2005 product.  The update then terminates.  In the add/remove programs I see that the machine has LiveUpdate 2.6 on the machine.  To compound the situation, I receive a Dr. Watson error on shutdown.  The log indicates that the offending component is CCAPP.exe.  It appears that the LiveUpdate on Ghost 10 cannot peacefully co-exist with the LiveUpdate on NIS2009.  Is there any solution to this problem?

Thanks,
