Ghost 12.0 Vprotray.exe problem

I am running Ghost 12.0 on a PC with Windows 7. Everything worked fine for the first two weeks - the program ran daily backups without a problem and I was able to create a system restore disk (which I have verified works).

 

The backup side is still working fine, but now when I turn on my USB connected printer I get an error message "Vprotray.exe - No disk" There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk in to the Drive \Device\Harddisk5\DR6. I get the options of Cancel, Try Again or Continue. Clicking any of them results in the error disappearing.

 

Has anyone any suggestions on how I can fix this or is it something that the Windows 7 compatible Ghost 15.0 will resolve?
